Updated Tuesday October 24th, 2017: We still have around 7 weeks until Black Friday, but the first ads are coming in — This time it’s for Harbor Freight Tools. You can check out all 8 pages further down the page.
In terms of the sale, it’ll last all Thanksgiving weekend long starting at 7am on Friday morning November 24th (they will be closed on Thanksgiving day) and will run through Sunday, November 26th. And just like every year, just about everything imaginable on sale… from power tools to tool chests, gas generators to portable car ports. What’s different from years past is that there are no coupons in the newspaper flyer. That means the sale prices will be reflected in stores or online with no additional discounts offered.
Before you head on out on Black Friday morning to Harbor Freight Tools, we recommend that you first check out the sale prices online to see if you’re really saving more than you would any other day. Normally, at any other store, Black Friday sale prices beat out most other days. However, we’ve noticed that Harbor Freight makes their ads look like you’re saving a bunch of money but actually the Thanksgiving weekend sale prices are identical to their everyday prices. So just that little word of caution as they’ve been sneaky in the past.
You should also take a moment check out some of the other tool deals were are watching this year. That includes DeWalt and Milwaukee power tools, as well as some of the top tool stores like Home Depot, True Value, Lowe’s and Northern Tool. Happy bargain hunting!

Updated October 12, 2016: We are still more than 6 weeks away to Thanksgiving but we already know what’s coming this year from Harbor Freight Tools! We just got a hold of the 8 page ad scan which you can see down below.
The sale runs from Friday November 25th through Sunday November 27th. All store locations open at 7:00am on Friday but most offers should be available online as well if you decide to stay home this year and away from the crowds.
As in year’s past, we’ve noticed that some of the deals from Harbor Freight go live a little before the official start date at harborfreight.com so it’s worth checking out their site early if there is anything that’s caught your eye.
In terms of the offers, the first page has some of our favorites. Both the Sliding Compound Double-Bevel Miter Saw with Laser Guide on sale for $129.99 and the 17-foot Multi-Task Ladder on sale for $99.99 seem to be awesome buys. They also have a huge 44-inch 13 Drawer tool box on sale for $339.99 and an 90-amp Flux Wire Feed Welder for just $84.99 that’s worth looking at.
Finally, if you live out somewhere where you experience extreme weather from time to time, either from hurricanes like Matthew that we just saw or in places where winter storms sometime dump several feet of snow at your doorsteps, then check out the Predator 8750 Peak/7000 watt generator on sale for $499.99 (save $499.00!). With it’s 420 CC gas engine, it’s got enough power to run a typical home when the power goes out. It’s also the winner of several Best Buy Awards (three years in a row).
