Updated on Wednesday January 31, 2024: Bay Area shoppers are pretty lucky — There are plenty of malls and outlets around regardless if you live in North, South or East Bay. And when it comes to Thanksgiving weekend, they are always packed (including the freeways, from 280 to 880 to 101, the traffic usually resembles the Monday morning grind).
But if you’re the type of person that wouldn’t miss a good bargain over anything, then you can expect the Great Mall to be open for most of the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Here are this year’s expected outlet hours:
- Thanksgiving Day: On Thursday November 28, 2024 all stores will likely be closed for the entire day.
- Black Friday: On Friday November 29, 2024 stores will likely be open at 6:00 a.m. and will close at 9:00 p.m.
- Small Business Saturday: On Saturday November 30, 2024, stores will likely open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday: On Sunday December 1, 2024, stores will likely open at 11:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
- Cyber Monday: On Monday December 2, 2024 stores are expected to open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.
Just remember that it’s possible that some of the shops in the Great Mall won’t be following the same hours schedule. That’s why we’ve included the telephone contact numbers for each shops in the Great Mall so you can double check with each one directly before you head out the door.
