Hi! My name is Witold (pronounced "vee-told") and I am the founder of BlackerFriday.com. After many years working in corporate america, I decided it was time to take a break to pursue my real passion — helping people save money. Ever since I was a little boy selling pencils in the playground to my kindergarden friends, later collecting aluminum cans from all my neighbors in elementary school to support my baseball card addiction, eventually becoming an eBay Power Seller in my older years to support my college education, I had an eye for spotting deals. I’ve taken what I have learned over the years and built Blacker Friday to bring you the best Black Friday rumors, predictions, and news website. Fortunately I'm not alone in this - We have a great team of dedicated folks helping make this site possible. If you would like to connect with me you can do so on my Linkedin page, on our site’s Facebook page, or write me an email. Thanks for checking us out and I look forward to hearing from you!

Pier 1 Imports Black Friday 2024 Sale – What to Expect

We have a long way to go until Pier 1 Imports’ Black Friday 2024 sale arrives, however you can scroll down the page to see their 2023 ad and offer details to get a general idea of what they typically offer during the annual event. Of course all of you joined to our newsletter will be the first to know once we know more. See you again soon!

Updated on Friday November 24, 2023: After a few days of pre-Black Friday deals, Pier 1 Imports’ main event begins today!

Stating now, shop pier1.com to get up to 70% off site-wide. Free shipping on all purchases is also included. Sale highlights are posted below. See their site for complete offer details and terms as some exclusions will apply. Happy bargain hunting!

Black Friday 2023 Start & End Dates

Pier 1 Imports generally runs their main Black Friday sale from Friday itself through the end of day on Cyber Monday (you’ll likely see some pre-Thanksgiving deals in the days leading up to the long weekend). They’ll usually throw in a few “one-day only” bargains here and there but the general sale and the main offers typically remain unchanged throughout the event. If we assume the same scheduling from last year then these would be the likely start and end dates for 2023:

  • Confirmed BF sale start date: Friday November 24, 2023.
  • Expected BF sale end date: Cyber Monday, November 27, 2023 or while supplies last.

What’s Typically Excluded?

Pier 1’s Black Friday sale last year was accompanied with two very long pages of terms and conditions. We won’t go though it all but have pulled out some the points we found to be important last year as you’ll likely to bound to similar terms when shopping at Pier 1 this Black Friday:

  • Any buy-one get-one free or site-wide offers will likely exclude sale, final-sale and clearance merchandise. Magnolia Home, UNICEF and St. Jude Thanks and Giving items are also expected to be excluded.
  • Final sale and clearance items are often excluded from any additional discounts advertised in their ad. Pricing and availability may vary between what’s listed on their website and in stores, and it may vary by location.
  • Most free shipping with minimum purchase promotions apply to the sale amount before taxes on the Standard shipping rate. Often that excluded addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

What’s Expected at Patagonia’s Black Friday 2024 Sale

What to Expect at Patagonia’s Black Friday 2024 Sale

Black Friday is again quickly coming up… but don’t hold your breath for a sale coming directly from Patagonia. A few year’s ago they stopped running Black Friday sales on their website to encourage folks to spend the long weekend outdoors and not in the mall or shopping online (similar to what REI does as well).

But that doesn’t mean that some of Patagonia’s resellers don’t have any offers this Thanksgiving weekend! Here’s a look at some of of stores worth checking:

We’re of course tracking hundreds of other Black Friday sales this Thanksgiving weekend. You can take a look at our complete list of merchants on our home page. You can also take a moment to signup to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest Black Friday 2021 ad leaks, news, rumors and more.

Why No Black Friday Sale?

Patagonia is urging users to buying less – less of their products and products in general! The high and devastating environmental impact that follows the mass production of clothes and accessories urges the Company to make high quality, long lasting and stylish products what will be with you for several years. Patagonia provides you with tips on how to care for your clothes to preserve them for much longer but also employs technicians who will repair your products if there is already a need for it. The Company also has a “reuse and recycle” program running. You can trade your used clothes or recycle them if there are beyond being usable. Check out their WORN Wear program for more details.

This may explain why their clothes are often expensive – you pay for a high quality and great post-buy service. Believe us, their products are worth their prices.

With that being said, it doesn’t mean that Patagonia never offers any discounts on their items. In fact, they typically have two big sales a year — Usually in mid-February and in August where you can find some good prices on their past-season clothing and gear (usually at up to 50% off). They also have a “web specials” section on their site. You just have to keep yours eyes open are these deals then to sell out quickly.
