Ever since we started tracking Hudson’s Bay Black Friday sales several years ago they’ve always kicked off the deals a few days before the long weekend; the sale began on the Monday before Thanksgiving and is expected to last through the holiday weekend, ending on Sunday night (a new round of deals typically begins the next morning on the Cyber Monday itself).
