What’s Typically Excluded?

The dreaded terms and conditions — Every store has them. Here’s a look at some of the important things that are usually found in the fine print in MAC Cosmetics’ terms:

• Sale only valid online and at MAC freestanding stores. Offer not available at MAC resellers or department stores (i.e. Sephora, Ulta, etc.).
• Offer is usually open to U.S. customers only.
• Gift card purchases, makeup services and items not in stock are excluded form the offer.
• Any merchandise labeled as ineligible is, well, ineligible. Sometimes that includes limited life collections, VIVA GLAM, custom palettes, lip duos, Goodbyes, and select professional products.
