Updated on Thursday, November 14, 2024: Macy’s Black Friday 2024 sale officially kicked off today. There’s no big ad this year as far as we can tell, just a short email with some highlights (see below).

Macy’s Black Friday 2024 Start & End Dates

Just like many of the other big retailers across the country, including Walmart and Target, Macy’s has been following the trend of starting their Black Friday sales in early November. Here’s a look at this year’s predicted sales schedule:

• Confirmed start date: Thursday, November 14, 2024. Stores are expected to once again be closed on Thanksgiving day itself but open early on Friday morning.
• Expected end date: Saturday, November 30, 2024 or while supplies last.
