Updated on Saturday, November 2, 2024: Thanksgiving is quickly coming up and if a new pair of Merrell hiking shoes are on your Black Friday shopping list, then get ready for their annual weekend-long sale. Here’s what you can expect to see this year:

• If Merrell’s continues with the same sales schedule as they did these last few years, then you can expect their Black Friday 2024 sale to kick-off on Black Friday itself (November 29, 2024). It will likely “end” on Sunday night, at least their messaging would like you to think that, however we typically see a nearly identical sale return the next morning on Cyber Monday and continue for a few more days.
• In terms of the deals, you can expect to save 60% off on a handful of select footwear, apparel and accessories. There will also likely be a few pages of items on sale for up to 30% off. You can see some of last year’s sale highlights in the ad below (note: it’s not a site-wide sale).
• Don’t fall for Merrell’s “Pre-Black Friday Week” sale in the days leading up to Thanksgiving as they are never as good those during the main event (last year they offered only up to 40% off in this pre-sale period).
• Be also on the lookout for a “Shop Now, Save Later” type of offer; last year they gave you $25 credit to use on a future purchase when you spent $100 or more in a single transaction during the event (some terms and exclusions applied).

Merrell’s Black Friday 2024 Sale Start & End Dates

Merrell often gives you plenty of time to shop their Black Friday deals; a handful of early specials will likely begin a few days before the long weekend with the main event kicking off on Black Friday itself. The specials are likely to last through Sunday night, but nearly the same sale is expected to return soon afterwards on Cyber Monday.

• Expected early-BF deals: November 16-28, 2024.
• Expected main BF sale start date: Friday November 29, 2024 (that’s on Black Friday itself).
• Expected BF sale end date: Sunday December 1, 2024 at 11:59PM ET or while in-stock supplies last.
