Last Year’s Labor Day Sale Details

Updated on Thursday August 31, 2023: Macy’s just kicked off their Labor Day sale early this morning! Similar to last year, this year year you’ll save 25% to 60% off select styles and an extra 10% to 20% off with promo code LABOR. Free shipping is also offered on most purchases of $49+.

Some exclusions will apply so be sure to read the official terms found in the screenshot below for complete details. Sale ends on Monday September 4, 2023 or while in-stock supplies last. Good luck and happy bargain hunting!

We still have some time left to go until we can officially confirm Macy’s Memorial Day sale details for 2024. However, you can scroll down the page to see last year’s ad, sale dates and terms to get a general idea of what’s likely to come (more often than not, similar types of deals return year after year).

Last Year’s Memorial Day Sale Details

Updated on Friday May 26, 2023: With just hours separating us until from Memorial Day weekend, Macy’s is not making you wait this year to shop their sale. It’s now live and we’ve got their ad posted you down below.

This year you’ll save up to 40% off select styles + up extra 20% off sitewide with promo code MEMDAY. On top of that, if you’re a Star Rewards member then you’ll earn points on just about every purchase; get $10 Star Money for every $100 spent as a Bronze member or $10 Star Money for every $50 spent with your Macy’s Card.

Although this sale is not as exciting as what we usually see at their Black Friday sale over Thanksgiving weekend, it’s pretty similar to what they typical run on Labor Day weekend. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply so see the screenshots posted below for complete offer details and sale highlights. Sale ends on Monday May 29, 2023 or while in-stock inventory lasts. Macy’s Black Friday 2024 Sale – What to Expect

We have a long way to go until Macy’s Black Friday 2024 sale arrives, however you can scroll down the page to see their 2023 ad and offer details to get a general idea of what they typically offer during the annual event. Updated on Monday November 6, 2023: Macy’s Black Friday sale is just around the corner which means 25-70% off deals across a wide range of products, including clothing, accessories, home goods, beauty products, and more, will soon be here. You can check out all of this year’s featured specials in the 17-page ad posted below. Here’s a quick rundown of the event this year:

On Friday November 10, 2023 you’ll be be able to shop select BF deals early at macys.com. The main event begins Sunday November 19, 2023 and runs through Saturday November 25, 2023 or while in-stock supplies last.
You’ll be able to shop all of the deals both in-stores and online. Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, they’ve stopped offering in-store-only doorbuster specials (they used to offer a page of free-after-rebate deals they were very popular).
On top of the featured specials highlighted in their Black Friday ad, you’ll get an extra 10% to 20% off with coupon code BLKFRI to use on qualifying products categories across macys.com (or show the coupon that’s on the last page of the ad if shopping in-stores).
In terms of the deals, small kitchen appliances, fragrances, apparel, home goods, jewelry and decor are among the featured categories you’ll find in their ad.

Black Friday 2023 Start & End Dates

Just like many of the other big retailers across the country, including Walmart and Target, Macy’s has been following the trend of starting their Black Friday sales in early November. And we’ve just been able to confirm that trend continues here in 2023! Here’s a look at this year’s sales schedule:

Confirmed early-BF deals: Between November 10-18, 2023 you’ll be able to shop select Black Friday deals early both in-stores and online.
Confirmed main BF sales event, start date: Sunday November 19, 2023 (that’s 4 days before Thanksgiving). Stores are expected to once again be closed on Thanksgiving day itself but open early on Friday morning.
Confirmed main BF sale event, end date: Saturday November 25, 2023 or while supplies last.
