Updated on Tuesday, September 24, 2024: Sunglass Hut’s Black Friday 2024 sale is still a little ways away, but based on our eight years of tracking their deals, we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. So whether you’re looking for a new pair of everyday prescriptions to replace those beat-up you’re wearing or a new pair of premium sunglasses to replace the shades you lost in the sand at the beach last summer, here’s everything you need to know about Sunglass Hut’s upcoming Black Friday event:

You can expect Sunglass Hut to once again offer up to 50% off select eyewear on sale, both in-stores and online (last year the had over 2000 frames to choose from!). Plus, most online orders should qualify for free two-day shipping and 90-day returns.
The sale is expected to run from from the Sunday before Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 24, 2024) through Cyber Monday (Monday, December 2, 2024). However, if you’re joined to “The Sun Club”, their loyalty program, then you can expect to get early access to the event on Thursday, November 21, 2024. It’s free to join if you’re not a member already, plus you’ll earn “Sun Points” with every purchase and qualify for gifts, members-only deals, and exclusive previews.

Sunglass Hut’s Black Friday 2024 Sales Schedule

For the last few years in a row, Sunglass Hut’s Black Friday sales have been arriving on the Sunday before Thanksgiving (that’s 4 days before the long weekend). The deals then last through Cyber Monday or while in-stock supplies last. But if you want early access to the event, all you need to do is join their free loyalty club to get 3-day early access to the event.

Expected BF early access start date: Thursday, November 21, 2024 (that’s a week before Thanksgiving).
Expected BF sale start date: Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Expected BF sale end date: Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST or while in-stock inventory last.

What’s Typically Excluded?

When Sunglass Hut advertises “all styles” on sale does that really mean everything storewide is on sale? Not exactly. Here’s a look some of the restrictions, limitations and exclusions you’ll often find in the official terms and conditions during Sunglass Hut’s Black Friday sale:

Most Sunglass Hut Black Friday sales are limited to online and in-stores customers shopping within the United States and Canada.
Brands that are often excluded: Chanel, Tiffany & Co., Maui Jim, Ray-Ban x Disney Collection, Oliver Peoples, and Off-White x Sunglass Hut collection.
Any storewide offers will typically exclude discounts on gift card purchases, accessories, services (i.e. shipping fees, gift wrapping) and sales taxes.
You will not be able to use or stack other coupons during their Black Friday sale.
Everything is available on in-stock supplies while they last. Certain styles may not be available at all stores or may sell out early.
